From Thousand Oaks:

Take the US-101 "Ventura Freeway" to the CA 23 North. Take the CA-23 North to the Los Angeles Avenue Exit. Turn left onto East Los Angeles Avenue. Turn left onto Miller Parkway and then left again onto Patriot Drive. The Los Robles Medical Plaza is the first building on the left.

From Simi Valley:

Take the CA-118 "Ronald Reagan Freeway" west and continue on the CA 23 South. Take the Los Angeles Avenue exit and turn right onto West Los Angeles Avenue. Turn left onto Miller Parkway and then left again onto Patriot Drive. The Los Robles Medical Plaza is the first building on the left.

From Fillmore:

Take the CA-23 / Chambersburg Road, turn left onto Spring Road, turn left onto West Los Angeles Avenue, turn right onto Miller Parkway and then left onto Patriot Drive.  The Los Robles Medical Plaza is the first building on the left.
